• Subscription & payment information: Payments are processed securely through OlyLifeUK.com / Squarespace. We receive your email and the product purchased so we can activate your membership, but we never see or store your full card details.
• Usage data: Pages you view within the app, device type, and timestamps, used solely to improve your experience and understand which content resonates with our community.
• Preview leads: If you request a free preview, we store the name and email you voluntarily provide so we can unlock your sample content.

• Account management: To create and maintain your PureFrequency.Life membership.
• Welcome emails: To send you a personalised welcome email and important membership information.
• Personalisation: To tailor your daily wellness journey, crystal guidance, and numerology readings to your preferences.
• Community: To display your name alongside posts you share in the DebsSoulTribe community.
• Service improvement: To understand engagement with our content and improve future offerings.

We never sell your personal data to third parties. Your information is only shared with the trusted services that power this platform — our hosting provider, email delivery service, and OlyLifeUK.com / Squarespace for payment processing. Each of these partners is bound by their own data-protection obligations, and we only share the minimum data necessary to deliver your membership.

• Access: You can request a copy of the personal data we hold about you at any time.
• Deletion: You have the right to request that we permanently delete your account and all associated personal data. To do so, simply email us at purefrequencylife@gmail.com and we will action your request within 30 days.
• Opt-out: You can cancel your subscription at any time from your account page or by emailing us.

We retain your personal data for as long as your membership is active. After cancellation, your usage data is anonymised and your account data is deleted upon your request or after a reasonable period, unless we are legally required to retain it.
